and today was the campaign day: "hatching hope". its bout saving turtles. i think they're cute btw. organiser: tara. and she did a fantastic job =). you rock. i'll write bout it later in this entry.

morning started off with parents-lecturer day in college. i was pretty excited cos it was one of the few saturdays that i can see jackie. she's a busy girl, just to let you all know. met up with her, had breakfast and then off to see what was going on in the classrooms at the A-Levels block. they were having a science exhibition. took a quick peep but decided not to enter. but somehow, after bout 15 minutes, i was in the classroom.

first thing i saw creeped the hell out of me. bugs. insects. creepy crawlies. you get the picture. they actually showed us all how they preserve those insects. not through a slide show or a video clip. but a DEMONSTRATION. they took some huge random bug, pinned it down onto a piece of styrofoam, and then injected it with formalin. it was so cruel i tell you. the bug was struggling like hell, spitting brown stuff out and then, it just laid still. dead. horrible. horrible.

moving on.

dad came to see my report card. my results for the first few tests were good. but then.. hehe. fill in the blanks yourselves. so he went to see every teacher. and we all know the drill la. while he was busy doing that, jackie and i decided to go back home first. had lunch, and then we bummed to bangsar for the charity thing. sooooooooooooo many people were there. performances galore. green shirts everywhere i turn. azura and ian from hitz.fm came to support. was really great to see them do so. hope they will tallk bout it during their dj-ing sessions and give the cempakans a shoutout. especially to tara thean mei feng! she deserves it alot. im so proud of you tara.

after fetching jackie to taman tun, i went back to bangsar again and then we had angeline's surprise party thing. was suppose to be at delicious but it was full. so we headed down to telawi bistro. i had to bring my brother along since he had no other way to get back home. you see, the funny thing was that angeline doesn't know my brother at all (for those who dont know what his name is, its julius.). she doesn't know his name, where he comes from, whether he was from cempaka or not, etc etc.

so we were in this room right, and we had her party there. we were all celebrating and snapping photos. lalala. my brother was actually in every one of those photos. we (panda, nut, shen, quah and i) were all laughing bout it cos he had nothing to do with her. even he doesn't know her very well. so he was taking photos with us. and he was "yamseng-ing" with us. it was as though he knew her since forever. you know what would be funny. ten years from now, when angeline sees the photos taken today, she'll be wondering to herself, "who on earth is this fella here? i've never seen him before". she would probably think that he was some random guy who came to celebrate her birthday. haha. but eventually, we introduced them to each other. it was awkward though. of course it was.

that reminds me. i went to po leen's birthday party yesterday at shangri-la. saw so many old friends. jade was there. last time i saw her was.. dont remember. wow.. that long ago huh. the college guys, i.e. shen, quah, darren, arizz and i, were pretty isolated from the others. i think this comes to show that we're a bit too old for them to mix with already. damn. oh well. we had really funny conversations. pretty amusing. haha. danced, sang, and drank a hell lot of water.

listening to: the silence of the night. and the draft of my air conditioner.
(this was suppose to be at the beginning of the post but im just too lazy to scroll all the way up there and type it all out.)

jackie fell asleep before we could wish each other goodnight. boohoo. wake up la. i miss you la. haha.

to nut and quah, we're very free on sunday night, right? bola.

today, is a very happy day. why? cos its my birthday =). i know, i didnt have to announce it to the whole world. but its an anual thing. u cant blame me =P. haha. at 12, my dear jackie called me, to wish me. happy happy. haha. parents came down and i was expecting them to wish me already. but they didnt. instead they went into the kitchen and called me in. thats when i saw my birthday cake. actually, cakeS. there were 2slices. haha. wished me, gave me ang pau, so and so. and then, slept.

woke up pretty late today. rushed like hell. just when i was about to start my car, it jerked a bit and then died. what a time to do so. and of all days, it has to be today huh? got pretty pissed. but nvm. used my mum's car. was super jammed college, as usual. its cos of the may intake students. they fill almost 3/4 of the whole school! our canteens are no more vacant. its always always always a full house. and it sucks! cos we have to eat outside all the time. ALL THE TIME. pfft. annoying. college isn't as fun as it was before. too many people. oh well.

anyway, it wasn't only my birthday today. it was jeshua's too. and u know whats cool? he has the same initials as i do (Jeshua Choong : Jeremy Chang). how coincidental. two jc's borned on the same day. teehee. it was funny to wish him happy birthday. dunno why. cant really put it into words. haha. the day went on like any other college day. until physics practical. we wanted to eat mcd's u see. since jeshua and pei yin were free during that period, we thought maybe they can help us buy it. and they did. but they took an awful long time. two freaking hours! i was starting to become impatient. after a bit, i just cldnt take it anymore. called jeshua and i was like rambling at him. was so tempted to raise my voice at him but i was in another class already (bio lecture). so nvm.. didnt bother.

after 5mins, pei yin and jeshua stepped into class, passed us the food and i started rambling on again. i asked for an explanation for why they were late. jeshua was like, "you really wanna know? it'll come as quite a shock to u. haha". and there i saw, the most beautiful CD in the world. the MAROON5 album! the NON-malaysian edition one. thank god there were still some. haha. i cldnt thank him enough. it really meant alot to me that he took the trouble to go aaaaallll the way to klcc to get it for me. just for me. i felt terribly bad for scolding him earlier. but im sure he'll forgive me, right jeshua? haha. thanks man. i owe u big time. i still dunno what to get for u though. lemme think bout it k. haha

after school, went out with my dear jackie to klcc. dinner was at madam kwan's. as surprising as this may sound to u, today was actually my first time stepping into that restaurant. weird huh. we then went around looking for a few things to buy but didnt turn up buying them. except for a few frozen pizzas that she wanted to get for her aunt. yummmy. leave me some yeah? heehee.

overall, today was really a great birthday. thank u so much to everyone who wished me. i really appreciate it. and especially to jeshua and jackie. u guys have made my birthday extra extra special. jeshua, thanks for the CD. u know i've been wanting it for so long and u took the trouble to get it for me. u rock man. kamu ialah bomb. and to jackie, thank u so much for spending the whole day with me. i know we were kinda interrupted a few times and i got pretty pissed bout it. im really sorry! but im sure u know how i feel when that happens =P. spending my birthday with u is so much more than i can ever ask for. i love you so much =). muaxx.

so its like this...early in the morning..i text ally. asked her whether she wanna celebrate jeremy n jesh's birthday today..she agreed..then when i'm wit her in the class..we planned..but that plan din really works.. :(..nvm that.. then we planned to go to jusco...talk talk talk halfway...ally said she wanna go to the office..i said ok..then we continue talking...finish talking dy then we go get the car n go... so we went to secret recipe..we ordered our food then the food came then we eat..while we were halfway eating.....suddenly i felt sum1 is missing...oh shit!!!! where is ally???? pei yin n i was stunt for a while...we felt so so bad... how can this happened man??...how can we leave our fren behind?...how can we forget her? i'm so sorry ally..i promise n i swear that will never ever happen again...

so, today, i woke up at 8am cos i had to go to college for a seminar cos i was selected for some public speaking thing. why do i need to attend a seminar? like i dont know how to speak publically. what am i? a baby? i know i sound angry. but im not. haha. yao wei, jackie, ally and juli were there to accompany me. thank god. or i'll definitely be bored to death.

it started with this whole black out thing. i was like, "oooo.. quite a romantic mood". but then i heard this heartbeat sound made by some random arse. "lub dub, lub dub, lub dub. ur heart is racing. u're getting nervous... bla bla bla". i forgot the rest of the speech. forgive me. but whatever the next few words were, it was reaaaaallly lame. seriously. it caught my attention though. thats good.

we sat in that lecture hall for a couple of hours listening to these two lecturers who were quite funny. especially that miss bella woman. she can "bla bla bla" in a really well-toned manner. she actually sounds formal saying it. and it reminds me a bit of my form three science teacher in cempaka; puan rostita. i remember something really striking bout her. the mole on her cheek was the size of my pupil. bluek. not something i should be recalling. *shivers*. they taught us a few things bout preparing our speeches, facial expressions and also how to dress in the proper attire when going for an interview or anything else concerning public speaking. it was quite... eye-opening? yeah right.

anyway, i wore shorts and a plain tshirt this morning. we sat pretty near the air-conditioner. it was super cold. like really really super cold. i had the worst position amongst them. the air-conditioner was blowing directly at me. i could barely feel my hands & legs.

okay, lets try to put this situation in a different scenario. imagine if that happened when u were making love (this is mainly for guys). the air-conditioner's blowing directly at u, and u're busy making love to ur partner. u wont be able to feel anything u know? to top it all of, u're not wearing any clothes. unless u wanna be weird and make love with a jacket on, then go ahead. so, like i said, u're not gonna be able to feel anything. and for the guys, how're u guys gonna... (think bout it)? there'll be no sensation down there when its super cold. daaamn. thats gonna suck big time.

moral of the story: turn the air conditioner down when making love. its better to sweat like pigs rather than not having a climax to ur story.

that was so random man.

the lecturers finished their mumbo-jumbo at bout 11am. the next thing on the programme was a session with the seniors who went through the whole public speaking competition shit. the first senior was James Ee. interesting surname. hope he names his son "ho chow" or something like that. back to james. so, he was giving us his speech. and he tried to be humorous (which he obviously failed.. miserably.) with the audience. anyway, we couldn't take anymore of his rants and decided to leave the hall. we stayed outside the hall for a pretty long time cos we were filling up survey forms. and then, we saw james walk out of the hall. he was being all "action-baction baby lotion" while pulling out his tie and he was walking towards us with this "i'm-better-than-you" vibe. he then picked up his phone and started talking to whoever he was talking to. little that he knew, i was watching his every move. i took interest in him. not cos im gay. but cos i thought he was weird.

and then something weird happened. u know how when u're on the phone, ur phone projects this one small beep (a few beeps for some models) only for the speakers to hear if they have an incoming call or message. but that didn't apply for this james fella. earlier, i said he was on the phone right. but how is it that his phone can ring loudly while he was speaking? no phones do that. if there's one, let me know. i'll pull my pants down for u to see. that is if u wanna see it.
this just comes to show that he was faking his earlier phone call cos he wanted to act all "im-cooler-than-u-people-cos-i-join-stupid-public-speaking-competitions". c'mon man. if u wanna be action, do it right. dont let urself be caught like how i caught u today. u're just embarrassing urself. weird monkey. to top it all of, he was wearing black sports shoes to match his full-black attire: black formal shirt and those businessman-like pants. and this guy has joined public speaking competitions. he doesn't even have a sense of fashion. how is it possible that he was selected? talk bout dressing in the proper attire. pfft.

another random fact that i got to know today. indonesians like to draaaaag the "R" sound when they're speaking. its pretty amusing and it can get quite funny when u watch the news casters speak, and all u can hear is "Rrrrr... rrrr.. rrrr...". sounds to me like they attached a machine gun into their voice box.

they also pronounce the alphabets differently. there's this bank in jakarta called "BCA" and the locals pronounce it as "Bee Say Ahh.."

so funny. Bees say, "Ahh.."
